Alynd is the career management product operated by Lyra Solutions Ltd (“Lyra Solutions”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Alynd Service. By using Alynd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Alynd Does

Alynd is a career data management platform. You can store your work history, education, skills, and other professional information, then generate CVs and career documents. The Service includes AI-powered features for job matching and content suggestions.

2. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as content suggestions and job matching. These features use third-party AI models and databases. When you use AI features, portions of your data may be processed by these third-party services according to their respective terms and policies. AI Accuracy: AI-generated content and suggestions are provided for informational purposes. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability. You're responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it.

3. Your Account and Content

Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Data: You own your career data. We only use it to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Accurate Information: You're responsible for ensuring your career information is accurate. We're not liable for inaccuracies in your CVs or documents.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Always free with basic features. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Refunds: Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days. Monthly plans are generally not refundable.

5. What You Can't Do

Don't:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Try to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or automate access without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Violate anyone's intellectual property rights

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI features provide suggestions and content for informational purposes only. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability. Always review AI-generated content before using it. You're responsible for what you submit in job applications.

7. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific career outcomes (employment, interviews, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alynd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Account Termination

By You: Delete your account anytime through Settings. Deletion is permanent.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for legal compliance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Before legal action, please try to resolve issues informally by contacting us.
