Dashboard
Use the Dashboard to understand your career evidence, see your job-search momentum, and take the next most useful action.
The Dashboard combines private signals from Nexus, Studio, Interview, Portfolio, and the Application Assistant. It does not compare you with other candidates or invent market benchmarks.
Start with Next action
The Next action panel prioritises the clearest gap in your saved records. Choose Take next action to open the relevant workflow, or View plan to see the full ordered list.
The Core ready ring summarises three foundations: Nexus evidence, Studio targeting, and Interview setup. It is a workspace-completeness signal, not a probability of being hired.
Read Overview
Overview gives you a quick decision screen:

| Unique skills | Distinct skills linked to your work history |
| Latest match | Most recent saved Studio role-match score |
| Workspace readiness | Which areas are complete, and which specific items are still missing |
The Workspace readiness panel shows a percentage plus visible Missing and Done lines for each area. For example, a partly complete Portfolio row can show that the portfolio exists, but still needs publishing or a linked CV.
The career trajectory line plots recorded seniority over time. The skill portfolio bar chart groups role-linked skills by Nexus label.

- Career progression: line chart of seniority by role start year.
- Evidence by role: horizontal bars for bullets, skills, projects, seniority, and industry.
- Skill portfolio: distribution of skills across Nexus labels.
- Industry range: pie chart of roles by industry.
- Evidence star: radar chart across role evidence, skill taxonomy, education, role targeting, Interview, and Portfolio.
- Role tenure histogram: frequency of roles in duration buckets.
- Employment mix: roles grouped by employment type.
- Evidence branches: a branching map of the saved records feeding your dashboard.
If a chart is empty, use its action button to open the source surface and add the missing information.
Explore Application momentum
Application momentum uses only your own saved activity and observable workspace assets. It does not score skipped or AI-dispositioned fields.
- Role-match history: line chart of saved Studio analyses. It is not a market benchmark.
- Application activity: monthly Application Assistant sessions.
- Application runway: readiness bars for the saved assets that support applications.
- Application status flow: Sankey diagram of saved active, completed, and abandoned sessions.
- Preparation status: Interview context and Portfolio visibility.
- Recent application activity: safe session titles, selected CV titles, status, and update dates.
If the Application Assistant summary is unavailable, the rest of the Dashboard still loads.
