Dashboard
Your signed-in home screen: see how complete your career record is, spot gaps in skills or dates, and jump straight to what needs work.
The Dashboard is your signed-in home. It combines Nexus and Studio signals so you can see what is complete, what needs attention, and where to go next.
Prerequisites
- At least one saved work record in Nexus for meaningful analytics (optional for first visit).
Read the summary cards
| Signal | What it means |
|---|---|
| Career span | Time from your earliest work start date to today |
| Roles | Count of work records in Nexus |
| Unique skills | Distinct skills recorded across work history |
| CVs in Studio | Number of CV documents you have created |
Figures update when you save Nexus or Studio changes.
Use the career progression chart
The chart plots Seniority level across roles over time.
If the chart is empty: Open Work experience and add seniority to your main roles.
If the chart looks wrong: Check dates and seniority values—fix them in Nexus before exporting CVs that rely on the same timeline.
Use the skill label chart
Skills are grouped by labels. Unlabelled skills appear as Unlabeled.
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Mostly unlabeled | Apply labels to your most important skills in work records |
| One label dominates everything | Split or refine labels for clearer themes |
| Expected skills missing | Add skills to the relevant roles in Nexus |
Read the career snapshot
When enough work history exists, the snapshot shows highest seniority, primary industry, career span, latest role, and industry mix.
Use it as a consistency check before tailoring a CV. If primary industry or latest role looks wrong, correct the underlying work records.
Act on suggested next steps
Suggested actions link to screens that need attention—for example:
- Review an imported role.
- Add impact bullets, skills, salary, seniority, or industry.
- Complete your professional summary.
- Add education or professional records.
- Create your first CV.
- Tailor an existing CV with Lyra.
Choose a suggestion to open the relevant workflow. The list updates as your record improves.
When the Dashboard looks empty
Add at least one work record with dates, responsibilities, and skills, then return to the Dashboard. Summary cards and charts populate from saved Nexus data.
