Something not working? Start here — sign-in, import, saving, PDF export, Lyra, and account issues with concrete fixes.

First step for most issues: Refresh the page, confirm you are signed in, and retry. If the problem persists, use the sections below.

Sign-in and session

I cannot sign in

My session expired mid-task

Sign in again, return to the page, and retry. Unsaved editor changes may be lost—save Studio CVs regularly.

CV import

Import is incomplete or wrong

Import produces a draft, not a guaranteed complete record.

  1. Open Nexus → Work experience (and Education / Professional if needed).
  2. Review records marked Needs review.
  3. Fix dates, titles, responsibilities, and skills.
  4. Remove duplicates; add missing sections manually.

Scanned, image-heavy, or unusual layouts reduce extraction quality. Manual entry is always available.

A record will not save

Dashboard and analytics

Counts or charts look wrong

Dashboard reads saved Nexus data. Verify:

  • Work start/end dates and current-role flag.
  • Seniority and industry on main roles.
  • Skills and labels.
  • Studio CV count.

Save corrections in Nexus, then reload the Dashboard.

Studio

A CV is missing new Nexus records

Studio does not auto-include new Nexus items on existing CVs.

  1. Open the CV editor → Content.
  2. Select the new work, education, skill, or professional record.
  3. Save the CV.

Exported PDF looks wrong

  1. Confirm the CV is saved in the editor.
  2. Review the on-screen preview.
  3. Retry Download PDF.
  4. Use print view → browser Save as PDF.
  5. If cramped, hide a section or use a more compact template—not unreadably small text.

Lyra

Lyra gave inaccurate or invented content

Do not save unverified suggestions. Useful correction prompts:

  • "Do not invent metrics. Rewrite using only the evidence shown."
  • "Ask me questions before suggesting new bullets."
  • "Make this less senior; match an individual contributor role."
  • "Keep my meaning; improve clarity only."

Check Lyra context and focus the relevant record or CV section.

Lyra is blocked or unavailable

Some plans gate AI features. Check SettingsPlan and your subscription status. Interview and Lyra both depend on AI access where noted in the product.

Account and data

I need a backup of my data

SettingsSecurityExport data.

I want to delete one CV or role, not my account

Delete the item in Studio (CV) or Nexus (record). Account deletion is under SettingsSecurityDelete account.

Report a bug

SettingsReport an issue. Include page URL, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behaviour, and severity (use 8–10 for data loss or blocked workflows).
